Answers to the questions that tend to come first.
Where do I sign in?
Use the address of your One deployment, provided by your administrator. The workspace finder opens that deployment’s sign-in page.
How do I start my first workspace?
Create an account on your deployment, connect a supported model, and start the consultation. Review the business context and proposed crew before applying the setup.
A bot cannot use a tool. What should I check?
Check the bot’s preparation mode, tool assignment, connector authorization, and the deployment’s provider configuration. Preparation-only bots are deliberately prevented from taking operational actions.
Why did a model request fail?
Check that the selected model is supported by the configured endpoint, that the provider credentials are valid, and that the provider account has access and available usage. Your provider may return its own limit or availability error.
Why is a phone number or call unavailable?
Calling must be enabled and configured on the deployment. Check the carrier, assigned number, runtime model and voice, and the production calling policy with your administrator.
Can I publish the app I build?
The current app-building implementation supports a development preview. Managed publishing, custom domains, and ongoing website maintenance are still in development. Agree a production release path separately.
Is the website demonstration connected to a real account?
No. Northline Studio and its crew are fictional. The demonstrations use seeded public data and do not access customer accounts or place real calls.
How can I ask for help?
Contact hello@lughlabs.ai with what you were trying to do, the error message, and the relevant product area. Do not send API keys, passwords, private transcripts, or customer data.
