Will it write like me?
Examples help it get closer. Put past pieces in the Library and ask Maya to read them before drafting. Give specific feedback and ask it to remember your preferences. The voice is still yours to judge in the edit; an exact match is not guaranteed.
Where do the facts come from?
From the sources you give the Library and the web pages the bot reads. Library-backed replies show “Library · N sources”, opening the passages used. Web links are not automatic citations: ask the bot to write a link beside each fact and flag anything it cannot support. You verify both the claim and its source.
Does it publish for me?
In this workflow, you preview, download, edit and publish the drafts yourself. Keep posting accounts unconnected, including in the bot’s browser. Managed app connections are shared by all of your bots in the Space. A connected bot could post if asked, and there is no setting that requires approval for a particular posting app. One does not natively schedule social posts.
Can I use my own models?
Yes. Connect a compatible provider with your own key or supported sign-in, or use a compatible local model. You can choose a model for each bot. Usage is billed by your provider, separately from your One plan.
Can it make images or video?
Yes. Set an image or video default using your own provider key. Supported options include Google Nano Banana and Veo, OpenAI GPT Image, FLUX.2, Grok Imagine, fal and OpenRouter. Outputs land in the bot’s files and chat. Your provider bills the usage. One does not generate music or audio tracks.
What happens to my notes and past writing?
Your material stays yours. The Library holds files and public pages; each source can be readable by every bot or only the bots you choose. Uploaded material becomes available immediately. Library facts keep a verbatim passage, and you can export your Library. Bots search it but do not change its sources.
Can I send it a voice note?
Chat apps ship with the next release. With a voice provider configured in the Space, a voice note sent through Telegram or WhatsApp is transcribed into the bot’s chat. The example shows that transcript, not an audio upload. Audio files cannot be attached in the web chat today.
Which tools does it work with?
The workspace’s integration catalogue includes writing tools such as Google Docs and Notion, design tools such as Canva and Figma, and newsletter and social accounts. Some apps use your own key; X, TikTok, Buffer, WordPress.com and Webflow need operator setup before they work. The connector groups on this page show each tier. Drafts can also be downloaded for tools you do not connect.
