From consultation to shared context
The consultation keeps a private, persisted conversation and structured understanding. You can correct claims and review which information is shared with the proposed crew. Raw interviews are not automatically copied wholesale into bot memory.
Consultation output is a reviewed snapshot, not a promise of continuous synchronization with external accounts.
The Library
The Library stores supported documents and pages, extracts text, and indexes it for search. Knowledge entries can retain evidence, source relationships, review states, and contradictions.
The current text-ingestion path supports PDF, Word, text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, and HTML. The consultation file limits are 10 MB per file, 40 files, and 25 MB per folder. Image extraction is not available in that path.
Control access and review evidence
Sources may be shared across the space or granted to selected bots. Review the relevant sources and claims before relying on a conclusion. Removing a source can remove dependent facts when no supporting source remains.
Connected-account permissions may be broader than the record set you intend to use. Production managed connectors do not currently implement private consultation ingestion; use selected exports or manual context when the UI offers that path.
